Nnekkie is a student housing platform that helps university students discover, reserve, and manage accommodation near campus.

Yes. Every lodge on Nnekkie undergoes our verification process before being published. We review listing information and work with trusted agents and property providers to improve accuracy and transparency. We still encourage students to inspect properties where possible before making payment or moving in, as an extra layer of confidence.

You have different payment options depending on how they want to proceed with a lodge. You can pay a platform fee to access the agent's contact details and arrange a property inspection. If you want to secure a lodge, you can reserve it by paying 20% of the lodge price (plus any applicable agent fee), where reservation is available. You can also make full payment for the lodge where supported. The payment options available for each lodge are displayed before you make a payment.

Students can browse available lodges, explore photos, videos, pricing, and facilities, then choose to pay a platform fee to arrange an inspection, reserve a lodge, or make full payment where available. Once payment is confirmed, they can communicate directly with the property provider or agent to complete their housing journey.

Reservation payments are generally non-refundable once confirmed. However, disputes involving materially inaccurate or misleading listings may qualify for review under our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Nnekkie does not store your full debit or credit card details.

You can request account deletion through your account settings or by contacting support.

You can communicate directly with agents and lodge owners using Nnekkie’s in-app messaging feature.

If you experience an issue with a listing, reservation, or move-in, contact support through the app or email [email protected].

For safety and transparency, students are encouraged to complete reservations and payments through Nnekkie whenever possible.

Agents and lodge owners can upload lodge details, photos, pricing, facilities, and availability directly from their dashboard.

Reservation cancellations may be possible depending on the stage of the booking and the policies connected to the property.
